Altar Server Schedule and News

                                                        Hi Servers! 

PREFERRED MASSES: Schedules change. Please email me (at the new address above) the THREE Mass times you prefer to serve at. Remember, we ask this as a courtesy. These Masses are not the only Masses you will be scheduled at (but it helps!) The only preference is for those servers whose parents serve as Eucharistic Ministers or Lectors, and then only on the weeks they are scheduled. 

NEW SUBSTITUTE POLICY: If you are unable to serve the scheduled Mass time, please do the following
a) Send an email to the entire corps of Servers to affect a switch
b) Make phone calls (from the attached list) if necessary
c) EMAIL altar-servers@stmartinsweb.com with the name of the substitute server and if you switched Masses, that information as well.
d) IF YOU CANNOT make it at the LAST minute, please email Barbara at altar-servers@stmartinsweb.com that you are/were absent. 

NEW EMAIL FOR ALTAR SERVERS: altar-server@stmartinsweb.com (in case you hadn't noticed) We will be transitioning over the next few months. Hopefully this will eliminate "lost" emails from my personal email address! For the next few months I will be sending everything out twice, so that you have the opportunity to put the new email in your contacts (so the emails don't go to Spam). For the next few months I suggest if you need a response from me directly, to please email both my personal email and the new email for a quicker response.
